Environmental Responsibility
Responsible interaction with our environment is of highest priority for Thiele Granit:
This means for our active operations the very conservative extraction of resources in coherence with nature and all environmental regulations, the use of modern machines with low energy consumption and emissions and the use of dedusted and noise reduced production plants.

Thiele Group does not limit the responsiblity for the environment to its active operations of quarries and mines.
Quarries or mines finishing the operations are renaturated and recultivated. The Thiele Group is also setting an example in this respect: The quarry in Fürstenstein, which ended operations in 1976, is today after its recultivation an idyllic refuge for many rare plants, reptiles, birds, mammals and insects.
